Michael
Kennedy leads class
action for Aurora
passengers
Michael Kennedy, a
Senior Litigation

in Manchester has
begun a class
action on behalf
of passengers who
recently found
their trip on the
stricken cruise
ship, Aurora
cancelled due to
mechanical
difficulties.
Mr Kennedy has
clients already
including a couple
in the Manchester
area who were due
to travel on the
ship around the
world on the
occasion of the
wife's 60th
birthday having
paid nearly
£24,000 for the
trip and are now
seeking a full
refund as well as
damages.
Mr. Kennedy has
lead a number of
class actions
previously and
believes that the
passengers who
were on the Aurora
should and will be
adequately
compensated. A
group action will
advance their
cause by placing
increased pressure
on P & O the
company behind the
cruise ship.
